In our discovery sessions, we work closely with your team to understand your goals and objectives. Together, we determine the most effective video approach to achieve these goals. Next, we’ll share a set of proposed questions for our leadership interviews, which you’re welcome to adjust to ensure they align with your vision. After completing the interviews, we’ll transcribe them and present a curated selection of key insights. From this, we create a comprehensive discovery overview, highlighting our most valuable findings and provide you with the opportunity to review and share your feedback on what resonates most.
Feedback During Scripting for the Video Production Process
We understand that trusting someone else to tell your story can be daunting but it is crucial to scripting for video production. At Barking Squirrel Media, we specialize in deeply understanding our clients-their culture, language, values and goals. Our meticulous process ensures that every word resonates with your voice. The Video Editing Feedback Process
Before producing the first draft of your video, our team carefully refines it to get as close to the final vision as possible. Once the draft is approved internally, we’ll send you a viewing link via email. You’ll be able to click directly on the screen at any point where you’d like a change, opening a comment box to type in your request. When you’ve completed your feedback, simply email us, and all your notes will go directly to our editors, who typically complete changes within 1-2 days. You’ll have three rounds of edits to ensure the video meets your exact expectations.
The Post-Production Services Process
Barking Squirrel Media is a full-service video production company, managing every aspect of the process—from concept development and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final touches. Our capabilities include photography, drone footage, graphic design, animation, color correction and photo content updates, ensuring a polished and cohesive final product.
Video Archiving Process
We maintain copies of all projects for larger companies for at least five years. For clients with whom we have an ongoing relationship—our vast majority—we retain all footage ever filmed. Our goal is to build a comprehensive video library for our clients, enabling us to produce content for them quickly when needed. This approach was especially valuable during COVID, as we could create fresh monthly content using their video library and newly written scripts, even when on-site filming was not possible.
